Atlanta- Fulton County, GA Hazard Mitigation Plan Kick-Off Meeting

Hazard Mitigation planning is an initiative to lessen the impact of natural hazards that the County and its jurisdiction face. This is done by completing an assessment of the hazards and how vulnerable the County is to those hazards. The next step is to develop mitigation projects for each hazard that affects the County and its jurisdictions. Best of all,  completing an approved Hazard Mitigation Plan will open a stream of funds for the County.

This is where each one of you comes in!

We need your input into the plan because you know this area better than anyone else. By participating in this meeting, you can represent your community and give valuable experiences and ideas to the planning process.

To learn more, please join us at the meeting.

The kick-off meeting will be held virtually on Monday, October 18, 2021, via Zoom and will last from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm EST.

Please Register in Advance for this meeting here or copy and paste this link into your browser (https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZckcOqqqz4tGdUueLzBtfIj-Bck7408CItu).
